GAK RAINBOWS.

SOURCE · GAK MELON × RAINBOW BELTS 13
// NOSE · GARLIC GAS · TROPICAL CANDY · BERRY

GAK Rainbows pressed live yields one of the most expressive terpene profiles we've ever cold-bottled. Garlic-funk gas hits first; sour fruit candy follows on the exhale. Glossy budder consistency, jar-stable for months. A connoisseur jar.

Washed from IE-051 fresh frozen, chopped and in the freezer inside the hour. Gak Rainbows throws an unusual amount of head across the whole stack — 73μ through 120μ all came back full melt, and the 159μ ran clean enough to press alongside them instead of getting set aside. Pressed cool at 185°F to protect the candy top notes, then cold cured three days until it set glossy.

// FLAVOR ARC

Garlic hits first and it is not subtle — raw allium, sour funk, the same thing the flower does in the bag. The middle turns without warning into tropical candy, mango and berry sugar riding the limonene. Exhale is where the two meet: sweet fruit sitting on top of gas, with no gap between them. It is a strange profile written down and a coherent one on the banger.

// EFFECT ARC

Onset is quick and clear-headed, front of the skull, more alert than the garlic nose suggests. The plateau runs balanced — talkative, focused enough to keep working through a project, with the caryophyllene holding the body steady underneath. The tail flattens out gradually over an hour or so rather than cutting off. Afternoon jar, or the one you bring when other people are around.
