Our flagship rosin pressed from one of the strains that defined IE. Mackinaw OG hash carries the classic peach-and-diesel signature of the parent flower into a clear amber budder that melts on contact. Long, slow exhales of stone fruit and gas. Body-heavy and meditative.
Mackinaw OG came off the flower rotation in 2025, so every jar here is pressed from fresh frozen held back from the final run. No new material is going into the wash. The 90μ and 120μ bags carried the weight; 73μ returned lighter but cleaner. Pressed at 190°F — hot enough to move a saturated OG head without cooking the peach off the front end.
The inhale is stone fruit — ripe peach skin, not candy peach. Mid-palate the OG18 side takes over and turns it sharp: diesel, damp earth, a peppery kush edge. The exhale settles long and sweet, peach and gas braided together, and it hangs in the room the way the flower always did. Fifteen minutes later the taste is still sitting on the back of your teeth.
Onset is slow for a rosin this loud — three or four minutes before the myrcene lands behind the eyes. The plateau is heavy and stationary, the kind that flattens a couch and keeps you there through a record side. The tail is long and unhurried; it does not spike and it does not drop out. Evening jar. Nothing about it suits a workday.
