TOO MUCH SHERB.
Too Much Sherb live rosin — TMZ crossed with Sherb Cake, reminiscent of Sunset Sherb in the jar. Sweet berries and cream open the nose, with a gassy finish that follows through the dab. Pale-gold cold-cure budder that stays wet on the tool.
Too Much Sherb washed from fresh frozen TMZ × Sherb Cake, cut and into the ice inside the hour. The 73μ and 90μ bags came back heaviest; that middle band is where this cut keeps the cream. Freeze-dried under vacuum, then pressed at 185°F to protect the linalool that carries the Sunset Sherb note. Forty-eight hours of cold cure at 55°F set it into a pale-gold budder that stays wet on the tool instead of going sandy.
Sweet berries hit first — ripe, not candy, the Sunset Sherb echo this cross is known for. Mid-palate turns creamy, ice-cream-cake roundness from the Sherb Cake parent, coating rather than flashing. The exhale is gas, low and gassy enough to keep the dessert from going thin. Flavor stays legible dab after dab, cream and berries still sitting on the back of the tongue a minute later.
Onset is even and sits behind the eyes rather than in the body. The plateau is warm and rounded — Sherb Cake's relaxing weight underneath, TMZ keeping the head from flattening all the way. The tail is unhurried, an hour or more before it fades. Evening jar, or a long afternoon when nothing on the schedule needs sharp edges.
